Liz is one of the UK's most successful female runners of this decade, having won numerous medals at International level, including a Commonwealth Games Bronze medal. Marathon running is where Liz shines, and the highlight of her career so far has been representing GB in the marathon at the Athens and Beijing Olympic Games.   Liz is also a coach with 15 years experience, writes for Running Fitness magazine in her capacity as Womens Editor, and is the author of 'The Real Woman's Guide to Running'.  As a devoted mum to her 9 month old daughter Ruby, Liz fully understands the difficulties faced juggling work, exercise and family commitments and will share some of her top tips with you on the day!

With 18 years experience as a coach, athlete and writer, Sarah is the 'beginner' expert on the team.  She has a Masters degree in sport science and is a competitive runner and triathlete, but her feet are firmly on the ground when it comes to coaching new runners. Sarah is the co-author of 'The Ultimate Guide to Marathon Running' and is the Contributing Editor for Running Fitness magazine. She has been coaching beginner runners for over 10 years and as a mum of 2 lively boys, she knows the challenges faced by having a growing family and a running habit!

Elle Phillips is a performance analyst and injury specialist who owns and runs StrideUK in Brighton with husband Mitchell. Elle is a ex-professional dancer and has trained and coached dance and gymnastics to a professional level. As a devoted mum to 10 month old baby Buckley, Elle knows a thing or two about juggling a successful business and a bouncy baby!  Elle is our expert on how to avoid injury and correct stretching technique and brings years of experience of assessing and treating runners.  She will share her advice and give you some top tips on how to avoid injury as you start running.
