GirlzRun is a brand new concept in running, brought to you by Double Olympian and marathon runner, Liz Yelling
We are delighted to launch a series of running workshops and weekends for women, designed and delivered by female coaches. We aim to reach out to women of all shapes, sizes, fitness levels and ages and provide encouragement, motivation and the skills to run - whatever your goals.
There's a lot more to running than putting one foot in front of the other, and with the right coaching and support from the beginning, you're more likely to get it right. Our philosophy is like no other - we don't mind how fast or slow you run, we just want you to enjoy your running, have fun and learn the skills to get faster if you want to.
We'll show you how to pace yourself correctly, how to run with correct technique, choose the best food to eat to fuel your running and how to avoid injury with the right stretching. All within a fun, encouraging environment with like minded women and we guarantee you'll come away brimming with confidence.
